Graduated from the Moscow Technical Highschool (MVTU) named after Nikolai E. Bauman, 1979, and started then his doctoral work; worked there for several years; from 1983-1988, he was a graduate student, and junior scientific researcher at MVTU, and scientific researcher at NPO Energiya; from 1988-1991, he was the editor of the periodical "Ekonomika & Tekhnika"; from 1990, he was the president of the interregional public association, Moscow Space Club; since 1996, he has been the general director of ZAO "Center for Technology Transfer" with Rosaviakosmos; OKP: 16.06.2003 - 27.06.2005.
