was selected on 22.05.1967 as cosmonaut (AN-1);
OKP (cosmonaut basic training): 5/67 - 8/68; the group
of science cosmonauts was later disolved; worked as engineer for
IZMIRAN Institute in Troizk near Moscow; 1978 he
received a doctor of physical mathematical sciences degree, worked as
scientific researcher and became 1988 professor; died of brain stroke.
