Bachelor of science in electrical engineering

electrical engineering from Northeastern University, Boston, 1969; master of
science in management science from West Coast University, Los Angeles, 1973;
worked for the Hughes Aircraft Corp's Space and Communications Group, Los
Angeles, California; hobbies: squash, bicycle riding, cross country skiing,
backpacking, racquet ball, white water river rafting and classical guitar; he
died in the Challenger disaster (
STS-51L).
