MSE group-2 and was assigned as
MSE for a shuttle mission in 1987; later on he worked
on Los Angeles
AFB; next he served as director of Navstar Global
Positioning System Joint Program Office; after serving as director of Navstar
Global Positioning System JPO at Los Angeles Air Force Base, he was stationed
at Robins Air Force Base in Warner Robins, GA as vice commander of Air
Logistics Command; after serving as vice commander for a year and a half, his
last military assignment was Director, Signals Intelligence Systems Acquisition
and Operations Directorate, National Reconnaissance Office, Washington, D.C.;
currently Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Spacecraft
Systems and Engineering Services for ATK Space Systems
