MOL-3; retired 10.06.1969; 1984 - 1989 director of the
SDI program; from 1989 - 1992 Executive Vice President
of Hughes Aircraft; since 1995 he worked for White House Commission on Aviation
Safety and Security; currently Chairman and CEO, StratCom International LLC;
his wife Barbara Jean was killed in an air crash in December 1985; subsequently
re-married.
